Established in 2007, Panyacht originated through the acquisition of the Norwegian brand and factory Nordic Star and the British Ribs brand Watermark, along with its factory. Currently, our focus is dedicated to developing the next series of boats featuring fully electric power and hybrid versions, complete with automation cruising functions. Our dynamic manufacturing and supply chain system are designed to cater to the global market. Panyacht has recently relocated its headquarters to New York, making a full commitment to the American boating market. Our new electric solutions span from classic wood boats to popular pontoons, high-speed ribs, commercial tourist boats, and water taxis facilitated by apps. Automation cruising, equipped with an evolving sonar and radar system, is under active development. Additionally, we are implementing a high-voltage electric charging system at marinas. With a global reach, we collaborate with high-tech and efficient suppliers in key electric power and battery technologies, incorporating a new design of hydrofoiling systems. Our aim is to make electric boating cost-effective, capturing a share of the current gas and diesel-powered market. We prioritize sustainability and affordability, targeting an overall cost for electric boats not exceeding 50% of current gas and diesel boats for recreational purposes.
